Seniors ages 60+ will move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. This works to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance through low impact movement and stretching the whole body. This class can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. The cost is free for Residents and $2 for Non-Residents.
