This year, things are getting stranger… Stranger Things! Step into the Upside Down as downtown Kingsport transforms into a thrilling Halloween experience like no other. Whether you’re running 13.1 miles, tackling a relay, or just soaking in the atmosphere, expect costumes, cheers, photo ops, and a finish-line celebration that’s more treat than trick.
