FEAR FEST! ParaNorman (2012)

In the town of Blithe Hollow, Norman Babcock can speak to the dead, but no one other than his eccentric new friend believes his ability is real. One day, Norman’s eccentric uncle tells him of a ritual he must perform to protect the town from a curse cast by a witch centuries ago.

This film is programmed as a part of our FEAR FEST series! Fear Fest is a celebration of the spookiest season of the year: Halloween. For the entire month of October, we’re showing scary movies of all varieties. If you want something for the kids, then check out our many animated and family films we’ve programmed for the season. If you’re wanting to check out some of the classics, we have you covered. We even have some deeper cuts for the horror fanatics too! Don’t forget to also check out TERRORTHON, our mystery box double feature, where we show an iconic horror film followed by a terrifying hidden gem. Join us at the Franklin Theatre for thrills, chills, and more this Halloween season.
